I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots—please reach out if cost is a barrier, and we can explore availability.

Insurance

I am currently paneled with BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Aetna State Health Plan, and Medcost.

Private pay only for couples therapy.

I offer both in-person sessions in Asheville and virtual sessions for clients across North Carolina.

For those with full days or caregiving responsibilities, I offer early morning sessions—coffee and therapy before the world gets loud.

Accessibility note: My office is located in a building without an elevator. Depending on where you park, reaching the office will require navigating 1–2 flights of stairs. Please reach out if you'd like to talk through accessibility needs or options.
