About Me

Who I Work With

This work often begins in the in-between places—when something no longer fits, but it’s not yet clear what comes next. Therapy becomes a space to slow down, make sense of what’s unfolding, and begin to feel more choice, connection, and clarity in your internal and relational world.

I work with adults and teens (13+) who are moving through the often quiet, disorienting work of finding their way back to themselves.

Many of the people I work with are navigating:

Religious or spiritual trauma

Complex family dynamics, relational trauma history and attachment wounds

Divorce or relationship transitions

The lingering impacts of emotional abuse or domestic violence

Parenting while tending to your own trauma history

Grief—for what was lost, never given, or never safe to feel

Ongoing experiences of anxiety, depression, or emotional overwhelm

Training & Credentials

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) in North Carolina.
I hold a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lenoir-Rhyne University and a bachelor’s in Human Development and Peace Studies from Prescott College.
I’ve completed advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), including both the Externship and Core Skills series.
I bring over ten years of experience working in mental health and healing-centered spaces.

My clinical approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment theory, and trauma-informed, body-aware practices. I work relationally, and at the pace of safety and trust.
