Relationship wounds and trauma often show up as anxiety, chronic guilt, self-doubt, disconnection from the body, or losing your sense of self in relationship.
I work with adults and teens moving through complex trauma, relational transitions, and spiritual or religious harm—doing the steady work of loosening long-held patterns and beliefs, creating more clarity, connection, and ease within the nervous system.
My Approach
-
Explore
I attend to the emotional and relational context of your early experiences—while also noticing how those histories show up in your body, relationships, and nervous system today.
-
Tend
Together, we stay with the subtle cues—sensations, impulses, and emotions that may have been held alone or pushed aside, creating space for them to be safely felt and understood.
-
Embody
As awareness and regulation grow, a more integrated sense of self has room to take shape—one that feels more coherent, emotionally attuned, and grounded in your own experience.
